Studio Viana (“we”, “our”, or “the studio”) is an independent design practice founded by Vicky Rana in Surat, India. We craft custom mural wallpapers, digital artworks, and 3D visualization assets. We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding personal information collected when you browse our catalogue, register an account, order custom wallpapers, or purchase 3D download access.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our design services, manage orders, and protect studio assets:

• Account & Contact Details: Name, email address, phone number (normalized with country code), and encrypted password credentials when registering. When signing in with Google, we receive your verified email and name via Google OAuth.
• Order & Customization Specifications: Wall dimensions (width and height in inches or centimeters), chosen paper finish (standard, canvas, feather, linen, earthy), design references, and project descriptions for custom wallpaper inquiries.
• Technical & Usage Data: Session tokens (stored in secure, HttpOnly, SameSite cookies), IP addresses for rate limiting and brute-force protection, and access timestamps for approved downloads.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for studio operations:

• Generating custom wallpaper print-ready files tailored to your specified wall dimensions.
• Enforcing and managing download plan allowances and quotas for 3D model packages.
• Communicating with you regarding project quotes, proofs, and approvals via email or WhatsApp.
• Securing user sessions, preventing unauthorized account access, and protecting original artwork against scraping.

4. Security & Data Protection

We employ enterprise-grade defensive measures to protect your account and files:

• Password Hashing: Passwords are protected using OWASP-compliant scrypt cryptographic derivation with unique per-user salts and timing-attack-safe verification.
• Secure Sessions: Authentication cookies are strictly scoped with HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, and Secure flags over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Private File Storage: High-resolution print files and source 3D packages are stored in private object storage (Cloudflare R2) and are never exposed publicly or indexed by search engines.
• Automated Cleanup: Once you inspect your approved print file and confirm receipt, the uploaded copy is permanently deleted from server storage.

5. Cookies and Storage

We use essential browser cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your shopping cart and saved designs, and honor motion preferences. These are required for the site to work and are always active.

We also use Google Analytics to count page views and understand which collections are visited. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and nothing is measured before that choice. Your choice is remembered and can be changed at any time. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not allow Google to use this data for advertising personalisation, and we never sell your data.

6. Third-Party Integrations

We partner with trusted service providers to run our operations:

• Google Identity Services: For optional, passwordless Google Sign-In verification.
• Google Analytics: For anonymised visitor statistics, loaded only once you accept analytics cookies. IP addresses are anonymised and advertising signals are disabled.
• Cloudflare R2: For private, encrypted storage of approved customer files.
• WhatsApp / Meta: For optional instant inquiries initiated directly by the customer.
