1. Agreement to Terms

By browsing the Studio Viana website (studioviana.work.gd), registering an account, or ordering custom wallpaper files or 3D visualization packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Custom Wallpaper Orders & Print Delivery

Studio Viana provides custom-dimensioned print-ready mural wallpaper artwork:

• Dimension Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate wall measurements (width and height). We recommend adding 2–3 inches of bleed for installation trimming.
• Print Approval: Before production, the studio prepares and uploads a print-ready file (PDF, TIFF, JPG, or PNG) scaled precisely to your request. Customers can inspect the proof in their Downloads inbox.
• Confirmation of Receipt: When you confirm receipt on your account page, the uploaded print file is permanently removed from server storage to respect privacy and storage efficiency. Your order record and reference number are retained.

3. 3D Model Download Plans & Quotas

Access to curated 3D model packages (including formats such as 3ds Max, FBX, OBJ, Cinema 4D, Blender, and Unreal Engine assets) is subject to active download plans:

• Plan Tiers: Plans (Basic, VIP Weekly, Pro, and S-Pro) define maximum model tiers, total file download allowances, and daily format caps.
• Studio Approval: Plan requests require manual confirmation and studio approval before downloads unlock. Validity starts on the timestamp of approval.
• Quota Reset: Daily quotas reset at midnight India Standard Time (IST). Rollovers are not permitted across subsequent billing or plan cycles.
• License Scope: Downloaded models are licensed for personal, educational, and commercial rendering/visualization projects. Redistributing, re-selling, or sub-licensing the raw source 3D model archives is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, renders, wallpapers, brand marks, and digital assets featured on this site are the intellectual property of Vicky Rana / Studio Viana or licensed contributors. Clean, unwatermarked originals are protected by copyright law and may not be scraped, reproduced, or used commercially without an authorized plan or written agreement.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must immediately notify the studio if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Studio Viana reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate licensing terms, attempt brute-force actions, or circumvent download quotas.

6. Modifications & Governing Law

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in studio services or legal requirements. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat.
